Phan Thiet is located about 200 km northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, making it an ideal destination for short getaways. Renowned for its long coastline and warm, sunny climate year-round, the city offers a distinct charm: more peaceful than Nha Trang and gentler than Vung Tau. Visitors to Phan Thiet can marvel at the spectacular flying sand dunes of Mui Ne, the striking red-orange Fairy Stream, and the rustic fishing villages, while enjoying fresh seafood. The harmonious blend of natural landscapes and the unique Cham culture makes Phan Thiet a journey that is both relaxing and memorable.
Bring sun protection accessories such as a hat, light jacket, sunglasses, or scarf to protect your eyes and skin during outdoor activities.

Personal Reminders

Use sunscreen for outdoor activities and bring personal medicines such as for headaches, motion sickness, or indigestion (Panadol, Smecta, Tiffy, etc.).
Prepare a waterproof bag to protect your phone, camera, and other valuables from sudden rain, swimming, or beach activities.
Bring only enough clothing for the trip. Avoid carrying unnecessary items. Personal hygiene amenities are provided by the hotel.
Check the landing page to stay updated on the schedule. Use the contact section for support if needed. Do not leave the group without informing the OC.
Be on time and present at the designated meeting point. Follow the OC’s announcements for activity schedules throughout the journey.
Bring a valid ID card or driver’s license with at least 6 months’ validity for hotel check-in procedures and information verification when required.
Bring swimwear if you plan to use the hotel pool or join water sports at the beach.
Bring a comfortable pair of walking shoes (sneakers, sandals, etc.). Avoid wearing high heels during daytime activities to prevent foot pain while sightseeing.
Bring a light raincoat or a compact umbrella to avoid unexpected showers.

The beach is located across the road and is public, not a private area of the resort. Depending on wind and tide conditions, swimming may not always be possible. Therefore, guests are encouraged to use the main resort pool complex:

3. Q: Am I allowed to share photos of the trip on social media?
1. Q: When and where will the outing take place?
A: The trip will take place in two phases: October 31 – November 1 and November 28 – 29 in Phan Thiet. The gathering and departure time, along with the detailed itinerary, are attached on the official information page.
2. Q: Can I bring family members along?
A: This outing is organized exclusively for LEGO employees to ensure focus and team bonding during group activities. However, if you would like to combine this outing with a personal vacation, you are free to arrange and cover all expenses for your family members to travel to the same destination.
Please note that employees are still required to fully follow the company’s itinerary and participate in all activities during the event.
4. Q: If I am vegetarian or allergic to seafood, will the Gala Dinner have suitable dishes?
A: Yes! The Organizing Committee (OC) has prepared a diverse menu, including vegetarian options and alternatives for guests with allergies. Just make sure to indicate your preference in the registration form.
5. Q: Is there a dress code for the Gala Dinner?
A: The OC encourages participants to wear formal attire with a personal touch. You can find outfit suggestions on the official information page.
6. Q: Will there be judging criteria for Gala Dinner performances?
A: Yes! Performances will be judged based on:
- Team spirit and level of engagement
- Creativity and entertainment value
- Effort and preparation
And of course, the overall “energy” of the performance!
Prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding acts.
8. Q: How will transportation to the outing site be arranged?
A: The OC will arrange shuttle buses based on the pick-up point you selected in advance. Each bus will cover 1 to 3 pick-up points before heading to Phan Thiet.
Buses will not make unscheduled stops along the way except in force majeure situations.
A: Please inform your People Leader and the OC. You will need to make your own arrangements to leave the outing location.

A: To ensure smooth transportation, buses will be assigned by pick-up point rather than by group. The OC will allocate seating based on the number of registrations per pick-up point to best accommodate everyone.
